Children's
Lyre
The
children's lyre can be either strummed or plucked
gently. It is small and light enough for both a young
child or adult to play. Children love to play and listen
to its soothing tones. It is a wonderful and calming
instrument to have in your home or classroom setting.
These instruments are made by loving hands out of cherry
wood with a form and tone you will find unique and
beautiful.

Auntie Karin's Chamomile Oil Infusion:
Take one cup oil, olive, almond or avocado (organic) are best, and place in top pot over a double
boiler pot. Bring oil to near boil, just before it simmers, then add one cup
chamomile flowers (organic are best) and stir into the oil. Turn off
stove and cover over night. In the morning take a piece of cotton muslin cloth and
pour oil and flowers into it and squeeze out over a bowl. Place infused oil
in a jar and keep in cool, dark place. We use a small glass cup to pour a
small amount into and also add some lavender oil to it for our evening
massages of the girls before we put them to bed. Both chamomile and lavender
are deeply relaxing oils, they can also help mom and dad relax before bed!
